(Potts) Medley in Jennings, OK.  She grew up and attended school in Jennings.  While in high school, Margie played in the band and then graduated in 1941.  After graduating, Margie married the love of her life, Ed Robinson, on April 3, 1942 in Jennings.  They had six loving kids, Nathan, Athel, Terry, Mike, Sammy, and Marsha.  Margie stayed at home to raise her kids.  She loved spending every waking moment with her kids.  She would often be found in the kitchen, because she loved cooking for her family.  Her favorite holiday was Thanksgiving, because it allowed her to make all kinds of dishes and work in the kitchen.
Once her children, were grown, Margie went to work as a nurse’s aide for Hissom Memorial Center for 20 years and retired in 1974.  Once retired, Margie traveled with Ed, especially to their cabin in Flint Creek.  It also allowed her to spend her free time collecting dishes, antique shopping, tending to her flowers, cooking, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Margie was a caring loving woman, who would put other’s needs in front of her own.  She will be missed by all who knew her.
